Marketing Generalist

Role Overview

We seek a dynamic and versatile Marketing Generalist to join our team at Cmbio. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of marketing principles, from strategy development to execution, and experience across multiple marketing channels and disciplines. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing our overall marketing vision while ensuring alignment with business and product goals. You will collaborate closely with our Product Development (PD) and Business Development (BD) teams to create integrated marketing approaches that drive business growth. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and product goals
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify audience needs, competitive positioning, and market opportunities
  • Act as the central point of communication between the Marketing department, Product team, Digital Marketing Agency, and UI/UX team
  • Manage marketing budget and ROI analysis across different initiatives
  • Oversee brand management and consistency across all marketing channels and materials
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social, email, and events
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Agency to align SEM, SEO, Ads, and PPC campaigns with overall marketing goals
  • Work with PD and BD teams on new initiatives and marketing materials
  • Develop content strategy and materials for our website, social media platforms (SoMe), newsletters, and conference materials
  • Analyze marketing performance across channels and campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Coordinate marketing calendar and launch plans for new initiatives
  • Manage administrative tasks such as conference logistics and client/lead data management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing roles across various marketing disciplines
  • Experience in strategic marketing planning and implementation
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of multiple marketing channels including social media, email, digital advertising, and event management
  • Experience with marketing analytics and performance measurement
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing for science-based or healthcare industries
  • Knowledge across multiple marketing disciplines including content marketing, digital advertising, social media marketing, and event management
  • Experience collaborating with Product teams to create scientifically accurate and engaging content
  • Proficiency with SEM, SEO, and digital advertising strategies
  • Experience with marketing budget management and allocation
  • Understanding of market research methodologies and tools
  • Basic understanding of visual design principles to collaborate effectively with UI/UX teams

Location
The job has high flexibility and can be on-site or hybrid.
Position based in Trørød and Copenhagen, Denmark.
